I'm pretty sure that ever since I've become a Grey's fan in 2006 I read about 7-years contracts of Ellen and Patrick and back then I thought 7 seasons are a long time and that I'd be happy if they actually both fulfilled these contracts till the end. Wow! A Grey's episode I actually very much enjoyed. Ok, there were moments which annoyed me and I guess there never will be a 100% enjoyable episode again with all the new characters around. But all in all it was so much better than a lot of episodes recently. Definitely MUCH better than last week.

Oh, well, that was another one of these episodes where I wish someone would remind me why I'm still watching this show. It wasn't totally crap, but it just didn't made a lot of sense to me either. It seems really hard to wean me off Grey's Anatomy :-) I still want to watch and review it first thing on a Friday morning. But more often than not the episode leaves me bored and not moved in any way and I don't feel the urge to write a long post about how awesome that one story was and how brilliant that other dialogue and so on. I watched this episode in the early hours of yesterday morning and maybe it was the lack of sleep that made me feel slighty detached from it all. Wow. Yet another very enjoyable episode… I almost can't believe it myself. Still not as good as the early seasons, but still enjoyable. I have gotten used to having to watch at least one storyline which doesn't interest me at all. But at least it never reaches the Dead Denny Sex level, so basically everything's fine.

Wow, that was another enjoyable Grey's episode. What a surprise... Ok, I should stop being cynical, because I really did enjoy this episode. Lowering my expections seems to work wonders on my perception of Grey's Anatomy.

What can I say? I actually liked the episode. More than I expected and I'm not sure if that's because I just lowered my expectations or because parts of it really were "vintage Grey's Anatomy". I enjoyed the dynamics between the various couples or friends/co-workers. Unlike most of the recent storylines these were more like real life.
